Return Policy

At Newcastle Studios, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase and we're here to assist you promptly.

Please contact us within 14 days of product delivery using our Contact Us form to complete a return, exchange or request a refund. 

Proof of receipt is required for all return, exchange and refund requests.

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

  • RETURNS: We only process returns for items that arrive damaged during shipping. If you receive a damaged item.We will provide further instructions on how to proceed with the return process.
  • EXCHANGES: Exchanges are only eligible for damaged items. Once we receive the damaged item back, we will issue store credit for the value of the item. Please note that shipping charges for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • REFUNDS: Refunds are only processed for damaged items that cannot be exchanged (Ex: product is out of stock).

Our products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
